A handheld gaming device, the Steam Deck, is shown on a gray fabric surface. The screen displays the video game, Fallout London, with a scene featuring a detailed, post-apocalyptic cityscape with buildings and a large bridge. The device’s controls, including a directional pad, buttons, and joysticks, are visible on either side of the screen. The device’s interface at the bottom of the screen shows various icons and the time “8:46 AM” with the date “7/27/24. I think this game has a ton of potential, but it is painful to try and play on the Steam Deck. The game constantly crashes, even after the patch for 1.0.1 came out, and it is super frustrating to constantly lose progress because you didn’t save. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the difficulty, and I’ll be frank it is much more difficult than the base game, but it also lends itself to more of the realism.

I 100% see myself coming back for this game, but I’m going to let it get a few more patches out and get a bit more stable before I pick it back up.
