It’s been a long time since I played a game like this and it harkened back to my days as a kid blasting through Super Mario Bros 3. Looking at the game online it looked very much like someone mashed up Super Mario Bros 3 and Little Nemo in all the best ways and I came into it with high hopes.

You're a dude, trudging through a dungeon, blasting away at enemies over and over again using a myriad of weapons. That's the super over simplified version of what Hades is like, however, the actual crux of gameplay is much much deeper.

Deep Rock Galactic
This is one of those games that I probably should be super excited to play, but I never found myself wanting to pick it up and play it. I think it was more of a situation of having too many other games available and this one not being the best of the best. There's a chance I pick this one up in the future, but for now, onto the abandoned pile it goes.
